Leaving for Russia 12th May together with our Swedish Fishing guides Andreas Andersson and Mark Leander. Our plan is go straight to Umba Lodge for a couple of days, where we plan to say in order to finalise the last details for the upcoming Umba season. Wednesday we plan to move to Grand Varzuga where we will busy before our first full group arrive 18th May. We have a very late and cold Spring this year in the area of Varzuga, and this has resulted in cancellation of Lower Varzuga, Kitsa and Middle camp 10 – 17 May. However with warmer and better weather approaching during next week, we hope that we will have a good opening 18th May at Grand Varzuga
For all the many Salmon Junkies traveling with us to Umba and Grand Varzuga this Summer, I just want to say, that we really look forward to meet all of you wonderful guys again – Good old friends as well as newcomers. I can assure you, that we at Salmon Junkies will do our best to provide you with an unforgettable and wonderful fishing trip.
