Sunday 29th September Clive Bruton from UK landed a magnificent 34Lbs. (Scaled) Cock fish at Golden Pool in Krivetz, after a more than One hour battle. The fish took a Cascade fly size 6. Wonderful to know we have the big Osnakaes around, as this is one out of 4 Salmon this season that must have been around 35Lbs when they arrived last Autumn. Most likely Clive´s fish would have been around the 40Lbs when it came fresh into he river last Autumn – “Clive – You really deserved that Red 20Lbs hat, and a big congratulation from Salmon Junkies”. Beside some nice Resident Salmon, we have also been blessed with some really super fresh nice Osankaes as well. As always when Heinz Pape from Germany fish with us, we can file in some nice whoppes in the Logbook, like this super 25Lbs fish Heintz caught in Office pool. The fish took a small Willie Gunn size 8. (the same day Heinz caught 3 Salmon with a total weight of 61Lbs. – “Heinz – You really also deserve a NEW Red 20Lbs hat as well”.
