Second week on Umba – 11/6-18/6
Another great week in Umba despite some low days. We caught 60 salmons on 6 rods and welcomed 2 new members of 20 Lbs Club. A big congratulation to Cesar Garsia from Spain who caught his 20 lbs in Junction Pool and Markus Kemmer from Germany who caught his in Golden Pool, well done Junkies and congrats with your new hat!
The weather has been a mix of sun and cloudy weather and with air temp from 6-9 at night and 12-18 at day time. Water temp started lower from 12c to 15c end week. Many fish lost and another BIG congratulation to Orla Bertram-Nielsen from Denmark who caught 15 salmons this week, Mr. Top Rod:)! The rest of salmons caught were between 16-8 lbs. The water level has dropped quite a bit and all of Krivetz can be waded now.
