I will be leaving for Russia tomorrow the 31st of May. My plan is to stay in Murmansk for a couple of days in order to finalise the last details for the upcoming season in Ponoi and Umba. After my stay in Murmansk, I will travel to Umba to set up the camp and meet the camp staff and guides.
I will be available from time to time on my cell phone, but if you have any questions, I kindly ask you to direct them to the office, where Anne Mette am@salmonjunkies.com <mailto:am@salmonjunkies.com>  will help you.
The upcoming salmon season in Russia is happily just a short Spey cast away now – Both Ponoi and Umba rivers are dropping right now, and the overall conditions look really great and promising.
A lot of of equipment has already been shipped to Russia, and I feel confident that we are well prepared and ready for a new wonderful season. For all the many Salmon Junkies travelling with us to Russia in 2011, I want to say that I really look forward to meeting all of you wonderful guys again – Good old friends as well as newcomers. I can assure you that we at salmon Junkies will do our outmost to provide you with an unforgettable and wonderful fishing trip.
Salmon Junkies will of course keep our web page updated regularly with reports and news from the season in Ponoi and Umba, so please stay tuned from now until the 15th of October on
