To summarize our Four summer weeks in Umba this season is not be done in a straightforward way. We had weeks of high water. Days with sunny hot weather. High water Temperatures. Of course we also got some Glorious Krivetz moments followed by periods of despair. Thanks God we also had days with a good bunch of plus Twenty pounds salmon splashing in the big landing nets. Umba was also longing for the fresh summer run, that eventually showed up in our last week. well – to put it short – Salmon fishing in a nutshell.
