PONOI REPORT

steffen Fish Reports Leave a Comment

Just got off the phone with Kåre who is in the Acha Camp with guests fishing the Ponoi River. Fishing is getting better as the weather improves; water temperature is 15 degrees Celsius and the air temperature is 20 degrees Celsius, the sun is shining. The guys are catching 5-7 fish a day now per angler – not bad! The summer run has started so a lot of fish are ocean-fresh. Floating and intermediate lines do the trick. The ever so popular Green Highlander and the Cascade are taking fish in good numbers. As usual Home Pool by the camp is the hot spot producing good numbers of fish.

Stay tuned for more…
